Vilma is managing partner at JSC "Veiklos valdymo sprendimai". Vilma is responsible for service of UPSTEEM company in Lithuania. She is experienced in human resource management more than ten years by motivating, evaluating people, develop their competency. Vilma is certificated coacher (ICU, IGTA) and has psychologist of organization master degree.

Saulius is CEO at JSC "Veiklos valdymo sprendimai" and other companies. Saulius is a business consultant, lecture, the author of the books "The Boss Hour", "Looking for the job", "The Boss Hour" project co-authors. Saulius consults managers and leaders, also he makes practises, workshops and seminars of leadership, management, competency development and etc. He is working as Upsteem's business partner in his native Lithuania.

Endel Hango is a certified communication coach, business consultant and consultant examiner. As a development consultant, Endel assists in the field of change management. In partnership of Upsteem.com, Endel has successfully managed projects involving satisfaction surveys, 360-degree feedback and team questionnaires. He has also coached the Upsteem team.
