Team Spirit is a simple questionnaire that asks the members of your team three questions:
Are we friendly? – Do we work well together, or are we constantly scowling at one another?
Are we motivated?– Do we always respond to challenges and set about achieving our goals with enthusiasm?
Questions are answered on a pre-set scale: not at all, not really, I agree or I agree completely.
In addition to the three simple questions, every team member can add comments and ideas about what needs to be done so that the team as a whole functions better. When viewed as part of results, all comments are anonymous.
